Plain-language summary: OGKit is in private beta — access is by invite, features and pricing may change before general release, and there's no uptime guarantee yet. Once you're invited and using the product, standard terms about acceptable use, billing and liability apply as described below.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OGKit.pro, including our website, waitlist, dashboard, API and WordPress plugin (together, the "Service"), operated by INCOME Studio ("OGKit", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

"Your Content" means the URLs you submit, any brand assets you upload (logos, fonts, colors), and the images OGKit generates on your behalf.
During the beta period, some or all access may be provided free of charge or under introductory pricing. Once paid plans are active:
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding and underlying technology — is owned by INCOME Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to OGKit's trademarks, logos or brand assets, except as needed to accurately reference the Service (for example, "Generated with OGKit").
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or — during the beta period — if we need to manage capacity or discontinue the beta program. Where reasonably possible, we'll provide notice before suspending an active account for reasons other than abuse or legal requirements.
The Service, and especially the beta version of the Service, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that generated images will always be accurate, on-brand, or free of errors, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGKit and INCOME Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 50 USD if you haven't paid us anything (for example, during the free beta).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as OGKit moves from private beta to general availability. If we make material changes, we'll notify active account holders and waitlist members by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
